Projekt und Change Management
Als zertifizierter Lean Six Sigma Back Belt leite ich interdisziplinäre Projekte. Dabei vermittle ich als erfahrene Übersetzerin zwischen den verschiedenen involvierten Unternehmensbereichen und unterschiedlichen Mitarbeiterebenen – aufmerksam, differenziert und adäquat zur jeweiligen Zielgruppe.
Training
Ich konzipiere und organsiere Trainings und Workshops vom Einladungmanagement über die Durchführung bis zum Reporting als zertifizierte Trainerin, als Moderatorin oder administrativ.
